1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2. Registration Eligibility

To register and use dwei11's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3. Member Account

3.1 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active dwei11 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different personal information is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent freezing of all associated accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your dwei11 account username and password. dwei11 recommends using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
